The honesty rule
The past stays true
Ratings can’t be deleted or reshaped after the fact. If you change a habit’s time, HIT Frequency asks: “Only this day” or “This day and all future days”. Past days always keep the schedule they had.
How it works
HIT Frequency is built around one idea: rate how well you did something, not only whether you did it.
Your life becomes up to six areas. Keep the ones that matter to you, from one to six, and rename any of them.
Put habits in each area and give them a time. Reminders can nudge you when it’s time.
When a habit is done (or not), press and hold a colour. Each colour has conditions you confirm while holding. Read the checklist for your chosen colour before confirming. With Pro you can build your own checklists.
Each area takes the colour of its rating. Together they make your day: a colour and a percentage for today’s quality.

Green or above is a good day. Red is not a failure: it shows where to focus.
